• Use your real photos: Your photos should be recent and clearly show you. No catfishing!
• Be honest about yourself: Accurately represent your age, identity, and intentions.
• Connect your real music: Your Spotify connection should reflect your actual taste, not someone else's.
• One account per person: Don't create multiple accounts or impersonate others.

💜 Treat Others with Respect

Every person on Synceria deserves to be treated with dignity. This means:

• Be kind in your messages: Start conversations respectfully. If someone isn't interested, accept it gracefully.
• Respect boundaries: If someone doesn't respond or asks you to stop messaging, respect their wishes.
• No harassment: Unwanted sexual advances, bullying, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact is never okay.
• Embrace diversity: Our community includes people of all backgrounds, identities, and music tastes. Discrimination has no place here.

🚫 What's Not Allowed

To keep Synceria safe for everyone, the following content and behaviors are prohibited:

Harmful Content

• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornography
• Violence, threats, or content promoting self-harm
• Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Illegal content or promotion of illegal activities

Dishonest Behavior

• Fake profiles, catfishing, or impersonation
• Scams, fraud, or attempts to solicit money
• Spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation
• Bots or automated accounts

Harmful Actions

• Stalking, doxxing, or sharing others' private information
• Revenge porn or non-consensual intimate images
• Encouraging or coordinating harmful offline behavior
• Attempting to circumvent our safety measures

🔞 Age Requirement

Synceria is exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. We have a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Users under 18 years of age
• Content involving or depicting minors
• Any attempt to contact minors through our platform

Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

Child Safety Standards

Synceria is intended solely for adults aged 18 and over, and we take the protection of minors very seriously. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or conduct that exploits, endangers, or depicts minors. If we discover that an account belongs to someone under 18, or that an adult user is engaging with a minor through our service, the account will be terminated immediately and the appropriate authorities will be notified. Any reports of suspected child exploitation-including grooming, trafficking, harassment, or the sharing of explicit material involving minors-will be investigated promptly. We encourage users to report any behavior or content that may involve a minor; doing so helps us uphold the safety of our community and comply with all applicable laws regarding the protection of children.

📸 Photo Guidelines

Your profile photos should:

• ✅ Clearly show your face
• ✅ Be recent (within the last year)
• ✅ Be photos of yourself (not celebrities, memes, or other people)
• ✅ Be appropriate for all audiences

Photos that will be removed:

• ❌ Nudity or sexually suggestive content
• ❌ Photos with weapons or violent imagery
• ❌ Photos of children (even your own)
• ❌ Group photos where you're not identifiable
• ❌ Heavy filters that obscure your appearance

💬 Messaging Guidelines

Good conversations start with respect:

• Start friendly: A genuine opener about shared music taste goes a long way!
• Keep it appropriate: Don't lead with sexual content or requests for explicit photos.
• Take no for an answer: If someone isn't interested, move on respectfully.
• Stay on platform: Be cautious about moving to other platforms too quickly.

How to Report

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it:

• Use the Report button on any profile or message
• Contact us at support@vibinllc.com
• For emergencies, contact local law enforcement or call 911

What Happens When You Report

• All reports are reviewed by our moderation team
• Reports are confidential—the reported user won't know who reported them
• We may request additional information to investigate
• We'll take action based on the severity of the violation

Automated Moderation

In addition to human review, we use automated tools to help keep Synceria safe. Profile photos are automatically screened using Google Cloud Vision API to detect content that may violate our guidelines, such as explicit imagery or violent content. Photos flagged by automated review may be rejected or queued for human review. Automated moderation is used to supplement—not replace—human judgment in our enforcement process.

Consequences

Violations may result in:

• Warning: For minor first-time violations
• Temporary suspension: For moderate violations or repeated minor violations
• Permanent ban: For serious violations or repeated offenses
• Legal action: For criminal behavior, we will cooperate with law enforcement
