Synceria Safety Policy
Last updated: February 5, 2026 (Version 1.1)
Purpose
This Safety Policy describes the conduct we prohibit, how to report concerns, and the actions we take to promote safer online and in-person interactions on Synceria. Synceria is a US-only, 18+ dating service.
1. Prohibited Content and Conduct
We prohibit conduct that threatens public or personal safety, including:
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or intimidation
- Hate speech, discrimination, or violent content
- Scams, fraud, impersonation, or solicitation
- Non-consensual sexual content or exploitation
- Sharing personal information of others without consent
- Any illegal activity or content involving minors
Child Safety Standards
Synceria is intended solely for adults aged 18 and over, and we take the protection of minors very seriously. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or conduct that exploits, endangers, or depicts minors. If we discover that an account belongs to someone under 18, or that an adult user is engaging with a minor through our service, the account will be terminated immediately and the appropriate authorities will be notified. Any reports of suspected child exploitation-including grooming, trafficking, harassment, or the sharing of explicit material involving minors-will be investigated promptly. We encourage users to report any behavior or content that may involve a minor; doing so helps us uphold the safety of our community and comply with all applicable laws regarding the protection of children.
2. Background Checks and Verification
- Background checks: We do not conduct background checks on members.
- Identity verification: We do not verify identity at this time.
- Age verification: We rely on user-provided information and do not perform age verification beyond self-attestation.

5. Member Notifications After Reports
We do not routinely notify other members who have had contact with a reported user. We may take steps to mitigate risk, including removing content or restricting access.
